Never include
Do not send real form answers, passwords, authentication codes, payment details, government identifiers, private files, confirmation screenshots containing personal information, or exported ProofLayer records.
Good beta tests
Start with a form whose contents are disposable. Confirm that text reappears only in empty fields after a reload, that sensitive fields are ignored, and that a receipt is created after a test submission. Some complex editors, iframes, Shadow DOM forms, and multi-step applications may need site-specific support.
Remove local data
Delete individual drafts and receipts from the ProofLayer archive. You can also remove ProofLayer from Chrome to clear its extension storage through the browser.
